An Order from the Supreme Court of New York County (Index # 452328/2016) has been filed in all New York State County Clerk’s Offices by the Attorney General’s Office that vacates certain Default Judgments filed by Leucadia National Corp, L-Credit LLC, LR Credit LLC, and LR Credit 1-23 LLC. If you have a judgment against you filed by one of the entities listed above, please contact your County Clerk’s Office.

The DMV is now open for walk-ins. For your convenience, you can still use the drop boxes which are located on the corner of Washington Street and Mary Street in Herkimer and on Mary Street in the front of the Herkimer County Office Building.
