Anyone seeking an Absentee Ballot application via email please send requests to boeabsentee@herkimercounty.org

On April 24, 2020, Executive Order 202.23 was signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo ordering all Board of Elections to send Absentee Ballot Applications to all eligible primary voters. Additionally, Executive Order 202.15 signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo on April 9, 2020, provides that voters are allowed to provide electronic applications, with no requirement for an in-person signature or appearance to be able to access an absentee ballot.

 Any voters wishing to still vote in person on Election Day or during Early Voting are requested to wear a face mask or covering and practice Social Distancing while in the poll sites.

Please follow the directions of the poll workers.

Due to COVID-19, the details for Primary Day voting has changed for this election ONLY.

 

Dates of Primary Day: Tuesday, June 23, 2020

Hours of Primary Day: 6AM – 9PM

Please note: polls sites have changed. Voters for given towns will vote at corresponding poll site for this election ONLY.

 

1. Towns of Columbia, Litchfield, & Winfield will vote at: Litchfield Town Hall, 804 Cedarville Rd., Ilion.

2. Towns of Danube, Stark, & Warren will vote at: Stark Town Justice Building, 703 Elwood Dr., Fort Plain.

3. Towns of Fairfield, E. Herkimer & Herkimer will vote at: Herkimer College, 100 Reservoir Run, Herkimer.

4. Towns of Frankfort & Schuyler will vote at Frankfort Schuyler High School, 605 Palmer St., Frankfort.

5. Towns of German Flatts will vote at Central Valley High School, 111 Fredrick St., Ilion.

6. City and Town of Little Falls will vote at: Holy Family Parish, 637 John St., Little Falls.

7. Towns of Manheim, Salisbury will vote at: Dolgeville Fire Station, 20 S. Helmer Ave., Dolgeville.

8. Towns of Newport, Norway, Ohio, & Russia will vote at: Russia Town Office, 8916 N. Main St., Poland.

9. Town of Webb will vote at: Town of Webb Park Ave, Building: 183 Park Ave., Old Forge.
